Cancellation notified more than 4 weeks in advance of the training date will incur no charges.
Cancellation notified less than 4 to 2 weeks in advance of the training date will incur a charge of 50%.
Cancellation notified less than 2 weeks in advance of the training date will mean there is no refund.
In all instances, if any costs have been incurred by Diversity Policy 4 weeks in advance of the training the customer is responsible for these costs.
Postponement notified more than 4 weeks in advance of the training date will incur no charges.
Postponement notified less than 4 to 2 weeks in advance of the training date will insure a charge of 50%.
Postponement notified less than 2 weeks in advance of the training date will mean there is no refund.
In all instances, if any costs have been incurred by Diversity Policy 4 weeks in advance of the training the customer is responsible for these costs.
Postponements can be rolled over 3 times before this is classed as a cancellation and there will a charge of 100% of the fee.
All bookings are to be paid in advance and in full by the client prior to the scheduled start date.
Payment must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to the training date.
Payments can be made in 2 instalments if requested.
If a booking is made where the in-person presentation location is outside of mainland UK, the client is responsible for the cost of all transport. This includes, but not limited to, transport from, and return to, the Diversity Policy base, transportation to/from accommodation and to/from accommodation to the clients base.
If the clients location is in mainland UK and over 90 minutes from the Diversity Policy base then there will be a cost of £1/mile from Diversity Policy to the client.
Where overnight accommodation is required, the client is expected to arrange and pay for this at a minimum 3 star facility and the client will meet any costs to attend the organisations site(s).
Diversity Policy will prepare and produce any course materials and supply these.
If outside mainland UK there may be a charge for the extra baggage weight.
The client may prefer to print off the materials themselves in all instances.
We recommend a maximum of 10 attendees per virtual/online session.
We recommend a maximum of 10 attendees per face to face session.
These numbers are set to ensure that you get the best use of our time for each session.
If there are accessibility needs for any attendees, the client is responsible to ensure that the location meets the needs of all attendees.
