My name is Dairin Keating and I am an EDI consult specialising in Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. My mission is to create a more inclusive and equitable society by providing advice and guidance to organisations.
With my knowledge and extensive lived experience, I help companies develop and implement effective diversity policies and practices.
I feel Diversity Policy is unique in many ways - I have personal experience of the positive and negative effects of EDI. I am personally invested with every client who books with Diversity Policy. My focus is on helping you to create a better environment for your colleagues, rather than charging high fees and moving onto the next client.
